Not just in motherhood but also in business. I learned on my own how to start and run my business, and I want to make it a little easier and less daunting on new mamas.
I was in the same boat, but I couldn’t afford the help. I am so blessed to have had the support I did and made my own easy solutions. Sometimes we don’t know where to look, we don’t have the bandwidth to make decisions, or we are so uncomfortable in our identity we don’t know what to do to help ourselves.
Sharing stories (I mean venting) can be empowering. Don’t think of it as complaining, think of it as vocalizing and releasing.
