In this village, we choose Family first— not just in words, but in time spent, in memories made, in the ordinary moments that make life holy.
1 in 5 women experience a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder. I am 1 in 5, and I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to heal on your own.
Mama Outspoken Village was created so no mom has to walk this journey without a true community beside her. This is a space for moms in their postpartum season and beyond to find strength, support, and healing in a community that truly sees them.
Whether you’re joining us for a free event or committing to our monthly gatherings, the Village is here to meet you where you are. It’s a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self – without judgment, without expectations, just the support of moms who get it
Choose the level of support that fits you right now
You can start with free access and stay connected, or step into deeper support with paid access. There’s no pressure and no “right” way to do this.
Free Village Space
Our Free Village Space is a come-as-you-are gathering place. Here, you’ll find encouragement, shared resources, and occasional pop-up events or watch parties designed to remind you that you are not alone.
This space is led by community leaders - you’ll connect with other moms walking through similar seasons. For more consistent support and deeper conversations together, I invite you into the Village Membership.

Your Welcome Gift: The Mama Outspoken Audiobook
Your Village membership automatically comes with a gift straight from my heart: my complete audiobook. I recorded it with you in mind—so you can hear every story, every struggle, and every reminder that your healing matters. Whether you listen while folding laundry or sneaking in self-care, this audiobook is a reminder that you’re seen, you’re supported, and you belong here.
We walk by Faith, even when the path is dim, trusting that God’s plan is greater than anything we could build on our own.
Give the Gift of Support
Know a mama who could use a little extra care, connection, and community? Gifting a membership to the Mama Outspoken Village is a beautiful way to say, “You’re not alone.” Whether she’s in the thick of postpartum or simply needs a space where she feels seen and supported, this gift offers more than just access, it offers belonging. It’s the perfect addition to a baby shower gift, a sweet surprise for a friend, or a meaningful way to walk alongside a mom you love. Choose a one month, three month or one year gift and remind her she’s held right where she is. After purchase, a printable gift certificate will be emailed directly to you, so you can personally share this meaningful gift with the mama in your life.
What if I’m not officially diagnosed with a PMAD?
Do I have to talk or share in group calls?
What’s the difference between Free Space and Paid Membership again?
Is this therapy or medical advice?
What if I can’t come to every gathering or need to step away?
Even if you never join a call, post in the community, or say a word out loud, I want you to know this: you are not broken, you are not failing, and you are not alone in your postpartum season.
If the Village feels like a safe next step, I’d be honored to walk with you.
